Here is a place where I will share tips on how to be strong, tips on how to feel strong, and so so much more. My interest is to help those who are searching for an honest and genuine place where they can learn about all things fitness and health! I will also share my own experiences as I go through the many phases of my own training – a bit of a diary, if you will.
